It is located very centrally in the Gallus district near the central station. From there you can reach every university in Frankfurt and after studying you’ll find things to do – all in walking distance. - What's included All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure bike storage facilities We offer you safe storage facilities for your bike. - Secure parcel storage You have your own mailbox for your letters and our residence team in the Management Office are happy to accept your parcels. - Roof terrace Enjoy the views from our roof terrace while tackling that revision or assignment. - Courtyard with green areas There is a courtyard with green areas for you and your friends to use. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - On-site service team A member of our team is available during office hours. They will happily help you with any requests you may have. - Maintenance If things break or go wrong in our buildings, we'll fix them quickly and cheerfully. - Security For the safety of our students, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. - Option to rent parking spaces We offer you the option to rent a parking space (additional costs will apply). - Complete furnishing Each studio is fully furnished, so that you'll lack nothing. A 150 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in We are renting only to students! Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration” . You don ́t have to pay a cash deposit upfront. Instead, you can use Garentii deposit insurance to protect your landlord. This way, you keep more money in your pocket! Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Klik op <b>Dien een huuraanvraag in</b>.
- Voeg je ondersteunende documenten en betalingsgegevens toe om een potentiële betaling vooraf te autoriseren.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder je huuraanvraag accepteert, innen we de betaling om je verblijf te bevestigen. Als ze dat niet doen, annuleren we je betaling automatisch.
HousingAnywhere ondersteunt geen persoonlijke bezichtigingen. Iedereen heeft dus een gelijke kans om te huren, waar ter wereld je ook bent. Om je te helpen een weloverwogen beslissing te nemen, raden we je aan:
- Stuur een bericht naar de verhuurder op HousingAnywhere om vragen te stellen.
- Meer foto's, videotours of plattegronden aanvragen.
- Lees meer over Huurdersbescherming om te ontdekken hoe je gedekt bent als er iets misgaat.
Gebruik de knop 'Stuur een bericht aan de verhuurder' voor een veilig gesprek op ons platform. Je kunt vragen stellen, de voorwaarden bespreken en veilig documenten uitwisselen.
Door je gesprek op HousingAnywhere te houden, bescherm je je privacy en voorkom je oplichting. Al je berichten worden ook opgeslagen op één plek voor gemakkelijke toegang en als bewijs van je overeenkomsten.
Zodra je huur is bevestigd, delen we de contactgegevens van de verhuurder, zodat je je verhuizing kunt regelen.
Huurbescherming is onze service om je te helpen huren met een gerust gevoel. We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
